Quality Industrial Heating in UK

Posted on by admin

With outside temperatures continuing to plummet as we reach the peak of winter, maintaining warm and comfortable conditions within your commercial property is vitally important. Whether you are the owner of a commercial building that houses a large team of employees, or perhaps you own a small restaurant, efforts should be made to ensure comfortable temperatures are maintained for your workforce and customers alike. Here at Air Plants Heating, we have many years of experience installing and maintaining the highest quality industrial heating units.

With a wealth of experience in the heating industry, our team of specialist engineers are capable of installing various industrial heating units that are suitable for use in all manner of commercial properties from an office or restaurant Birmingham through to warehouses and industrial buildings.
Our Gas Safe accredited and fully qualified engineers specialise in installing three main types of industrial heating units:

Cabinet Heaters

Cabinet Heaters provide a low-cost, manageable heating solution. They are available in gas or oil fired versions and can be installed vertically, horizontally or floor mounted. Benefits include:

•    Easy Installation.
•    Ducted or free flowing applications.
•    Ducting designed to provide the most efficient heat distribution possible.
•    Pre-wired controllers prevent frost damage and fuel waste.
•    Various sizes available – 30kw to 375kw output.

Suspended Heaters – Gas Fired

These heaters are ideal for installation where available space is an issue. Benefits include:

•    Highly efficient burners available as on/off, two stage or modulation.
•    Ducted model or room sealed burners available.
•    Available in Freeblow, Downflow and Bi-directional configurations.
•    Oil fired alternatives available.

Radiant Tube Heaters

Similarly to Suspended Heaters, Radiant Tube Heaters are ideal for installation in properties with little space available. Radiant heat only heats solid objects such as people, machinery and floors, meaning no heat is wasted. Benefits include:

•    Economical – low running costs.
•    No build-up of heat in roof space.
•    Ideal where there is a high extract rate.
•    Room sealed products available.

With such an extensive array of industrial standard heaters to choose from, it can be difficult to determine which one is most suitable for installation in your commercial property. If you are at all unsure, don’t hesitate to call our team of engineers here at Air Plants Heating to discuss your industrial heating requirements on 0800 019 8850.
